Come join us for a soothing stretch class & meditation followed by a delicious lunch featuring a presentation and Q&A by guest speaker, Hormone Specialist Stephanie Wolff. Stephanie is a Board Certified Physicians Assistant and the CEO of Novus Anti-Aging Center in Studio City. She has helped countless patients meet their health goals and regulary treats hormone issues. She will be discussing how hormone imbalances can affect our lives and what steps we can take to combat them. As a bonus, she will also be doing mini-demonstrations of Morpheus8- the latest in radiofrequency microneedling to improve aging skin.
